Why we built QuotaMark.

Most sales systems are designed around visibility, administration and reporting. QuotaMark starts with a different question: what would make the system genuinely useful to the person expected to carry the number — whether that person sells from a boardroom, a branch office, a home office, a warehouse, a customer site or the road?

The product is built around seller value first — research, account understanding, qualification, deal risk, next actions and evidence — and designed to be self-serve enough for smaller commercial teams while remaining useful to established sales organisations.

Start with one seller. Prove it on one real deal. Expand when it earns the right.

QuotaMark should not imply that adoption requires a RevOps team, a transformation programme or an enterprise procurement project. The self-serve model is part of the product strategy: a smaller sales organisation can start quickly, while a larger organisation can expand with governance when needed.

The CRM should work for the rep before it works for the report.

If the seller gets useful judgement from the system, they have a reason to keep the data current. Better management visibility follows as a consequence.
